Gunn City is a village in Cass County, Missouri, United States. The population was 118 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Gunn City was platted in 1871. It was named for O. B. Gunn, an engineer of the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad.

Gunn City is located at 38°39′59″N 94°9′46″W / 38.66639°N 94.16278°W / 38.66639; -94.16278 (38.666319, -94.162646).
